Burroughs acted as both Designer and Employer’s Agent on schemes to (1) refurbish the secondary (cross) runway, reconfiguring this as a taxiway, incorporating pavement repair, resurfacing and strengthening (2) reconfigure the perimeter taxiway network in order to facilitate inward investment in the site and the separate construction of an MRO facility for Bristow Search & Rescue (3) upgrade utility infrastructure in support of the future development of the site.
