Burroughs was appointed to undertake principal bridge inspections at the National Wool Museum. The primary objective was to assist the National Museum of Wales to undertake asset maintenance planning, with a specific focus on identifying potential defects that could affect the longevity of the bridges.
These bridges serve as critical access and maintenance routes within the site of the National Wool Museum. Burroughs undertook comprehensive surveys and investigations, thoroughly examining the structures to formulate effective repair and refurbishment methodologies. The goal was to ensure the continued safe access to the site for visitors and maintenance personnel.
Our services encompassed structural surveying and reporting. We carefully documented all identified defects and proposed suitable repair solutions. Through our expertise and attention to detail, we preserved the functionality and safety of these vital infrastructure elements, contributing to the overall maintenance and sustainability of the National Museum of Wales site.
