Liam was appointed Finance Director in 2015. He also oversees our HR and IT functions. Liam’s journey with us began in 2013 when he joined as Finance Manager. Prior to that, he served as the Financial Accountant at Amgueddfa Cymru National Museum Wales.
Liam is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants.

With over 20 years of experience spanning practice, public sector, and the private sector, he brings a wealth of financial expertise to the table. Liam has also acted on the board of trustees and as treasurer for a Cardiff based charity.

Liam is deeply engaged in social value initiatives. He leads our in-house Social Value working group and is an active member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Social Value Steering Group. Additionally, he contributes to the Bank of England’s decision maker panel, demonstrating his commitment to both our company and the wider community.
