Graduating with a First Class Masters degree in Civil and Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth, he joined Burroughs in 2021 following roles at Sir Robert McAlpine and Dawnus Construction. Rob’s expertise spans large-scale, multi-million-pound projects across diverse sectors such as civils, utilities, commercial, industrial, energy, and aviation.

With a decade of experience, he excels in project delivery, contract administration, and procurement, consistently adding value throughout all project phases. Rob specialises in managing complex construction projects, fostering effective teams, and embedding himself within client organisations to swiftly grasp project objectives. Leading Burroughs’ Project Management and Cost Management Team, Rob advocates for early client involvement, promoting collaborative development of schemes and budgets. His hands-on approach and personable demeanour ensure successful project delivery.
