Ross joined Burroughs in the summer of 2020 as an Associate Director to lead our Infrastructure team. Since graduating in 2001 with a MEng (Distinction) from Southampton University, his 23-year career to date has seen him work on and lead a wide range of UK and international major highways, rail and civil engineering infrastructure projects. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has extensive knowledge of national and local authority design standards and experience of successfully delivering infrastructure improvements through all project stages including construction supervision and handover.

Ross has an excellent understanding of all the ancillary components of highways, rail and drainage infrastructure projects and the associated interfaces and he is particularly adept at leading and co-ordinating multidisciplinary design teams, whilst delivering to demanding programmes and building excellent working relationships with clients and suppliers.

Ross is now part of the leadership team at Burroughs and leads the Infrastructure Business, managing team workload and development, winning new work and coordinating the support to the wider business.
