The awards ceremony, held on 17 September at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, brought together leading figures from across the construction and engineering industries to celebrate exceptional achievements. In the past year, Burroughs has taken a bold step by investing heavily in the entire team through a 12-month learning and development programme. This initiative is the largest of its kind in the company’s history, representing a substantial financial investment. The programme is designed to boost staff productivity and performance while reinforcing the foundations of the business through a series of performance and productivity workshops led by a highly respected coach.

In addition to these workshops, Burroughs has introduced leadership training for the Senior Management Team and a handpicked group of emerging leaders identified as future leaders both within the company and the wider industry.
